Or they are told to pay a small fee or deposit to unlock a balance that never becomes withdrawable. The ZeroCoin branding gives the offer a recognisable name, but the reward itself is bait. What victims actually lose is the access, credentials or funds they give up while chasing it.
Evidence
On 2026-10-19, VirusTotal showed 6 of 92 engines flagging the domain: alphaMountain.ai, CRDF, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Gridinsoft, SOCRadar and VIPRE. That count is low, so most security tools will not yet warn a visitor. Four AlienVault OTX threat pulses reference the domain, which shows independent researchers are tracking it. Among the major blocklists, only PhishDestroy currently lists it.
Infrastructure
The domain was registered through Spaceship, Inc. on 2026-09-29, just eight days before PhishDestroy detected it. That short gap fits a site set up quickly for a campaign. It is hosted on Namecheap, Inc. infrastructure in the United States. The site has a free Let's Encrypt certificate, so the padlock in the browser only means the connection is encrypted. It says nothing about whether the operator can be trusted.
What to do
If you connected a wallet to earn2coin.online, revoke any token approvals it obtained using a reputable approval-checking tool. Move your remaining assets to a fresh wallet if you signed anything you did not understand. If you entered a seed phrase, treat that wallet as compromised and transfer everything out at once. Do not pay any "unlock" or "withdrawal" fee to release promised ZeroCoin, because no payout exists. If you reused a password there, change it and turn on two-factor authentication.
