How the scam works
The page title, "Buy Air Filters Online: HVAC & Furnace Filters," promises an ordinary product, and that is the hook. Filters are a recurring, low-cost purchase, so a cheap price on a convincing catalogue rarely raises suspicion. Shops of this type collect card details, billing addresses and phone numbers at checkout. They then either ship nothing, ship something worthless, or reuse the payment data for further charges. The victim loses the order amount and possibly control of the card used.
Evidence
urlscan.io rated the site malicious and specifically marked it as a fake shop, which is the strongest independent signal here.
