Overview

PhishDestroy’s intake AI assessed the site as malicious, noting that it impersonates TrueFi and Brila and discusses a token migration, a common lure for fraudulent investment schemes. The domain trufei.ink was first observed by PhishDestroy on 2026-10-21 and a fetch on that date returned HTTP 200 with the recorded title “Truefi Onchain Credit Restructured Under Brila”.

How the scam works

Impostor sites copy the branding of legitimate crypto projects and claim a token migration, upgrade or credit opportunity. Victims are prompted to send cryptocurrency, approve wallet permissions, or disclose private keys to participate in the fake migration, allowing attackers to drain funds or harvest credentials.

Evidence

How do phishing scams typically work?
