PhishDestroy threat report
sushi.com-vivid-web.bond is an impersonation phishing domain built to look like sushi.com, the home of the SushiSwap decentralized exchange. Its target is crypto traders and DeFi users who trust a familiar name at the start of a link. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-09-13, one day after registration. The site has been dead since 2026-09-20, and its DNS was still inactive at the last check on 2026-10-19.
The hostname is the lure. It opens with "sushi.com" so that a glance at the address bar or a shortened link seems to point to the real exchange, while the domain actually belongs to an unrelated .bond name. Pages that impersonate a DEX like this usually present a copied trading or claim interface and ask the visitor to connect a wallet, sign a transaction or type in a recovery phrase. Any of these can hand the attacker the victim's tokens. The page title served was "403 Forbidden", while PhishDestroy classified the domain as SushiSwap impersonation phishing.
On 2026-09-21, 5 of 89 VirusTotal engines marked the domain as malicious: alphaMountain.ai, Fortinet, LevelBlue, SOCRadar and VIPRE. That is a small share, but it comes from vendors working independently of one another. Spamhaus lists the domain in its DBL with a phishing tag, which feeds mail and DNS filters used by many organizations. PhishDestroy also lists it on its own blocklist.
The domain was registered on 2026-09-12 through Hosting Concepts B.V. d/b/a Registrar.eu and was detected within roughly a day. This fits a short-lived campaign domain set up to be used quickly and then abandoned. It was hosted on the AlexHost ALEXHOST SRL network in Moldova. It stopped resolving after about a week of activity.
If you opened this site and entered a seed phrase or private key, treat that wallet as compromised. Move any remaining funds to a new wallet created from a fresh phrase. If you connected a wallet or signed anything there, check your token approvals with a revocation tool and cancel any you do not recognize. Always reach SushiSwap by typing its address or using a saved bookmark, and read the full domain rather than just its first words. Defenders should block the domain and the .bond pattern built around "sushi.com", and should alert on hostnames that put a real brand's domain in front of an unrelated registered name.
The linked repository preserves daily zone observations across seven ShortDot-operated TLDs, including registration volume and abuse-related indicators. This registry context is supporting background and is not an independent detection for the domain in this report.
For the registrable domain com-vivid-web.bond behind this subdomain, the registrar above operates under an ICANN accreditation agreement. The links below provide the official fee schedule and current DNS abuse compliance guidance.
RAA §3.18 establishes abuse-contact and handling requirements. This report can document stored outbound notices and later technical observations; it does not by itself establish receipt, investigation, remediation, or contractual non-compliance.
ns3.openprovider.euLocation describes the IP network.
Saved certificate metadata. Certificate dates without a timezone are shown as stored. Transport encryption does not establish that the site is trustworthy.
An estimated time describes an observation window. It does not prove a registrar action or the exact moment a site became unavailable.
Dated changes retained by the monitor and source collectors. Newest observations appear first; source states are not proof of a takedown.
