solperps.fun is an impersonation phishing page built around the Phantom wallet brand. It targets Solana users interested in leveraged trading. Its page title reads "solperps · Hyperliquid perps from Phantom". PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-10-07, and the site was still online and serving its phishing content on 2026-10-19.
How the scam works
The page pitches perpetual-futures trading on Hyperliquid as if it were a Phantom feature, so a visitor expects to connect a wallet before trading. Phishing pages of this kind usually ask the visitor to connect a wallet and then sign a transaction or approval presented as a routine trading step. That signature can hand control of tokens to the attacker. Some variants also ask for a recovery phrase to "restore" or "verify" the wallet, which gives up the entire wallet. In either case the loss is the crypto in the connected wallet, and transfers on Solana cannot be reversed.
Evidence
On 2026-10-11, 6 of 92 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain: alphaMountain.ai, CRDF, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Fortinet, Gridinsoft and SOCRadar. That count is modest, so many security products will still let the page load. The domain is also on the MetaMask and SEAL blocklists alongside PhishDestroy's own. Spamhaus lists it in its domain blocklist as a spam domain, and it appears in four AlienVault OTX threat pulses. Taken together, these independent sources support the impersonation classification.
Infrastructure
The domain was registered through Name.com, Inc. on 2026-10-04, just three days before PhishDestroy detected it. That short gap is typical of a disposable phishing domain set up for a brief campaign. The site is hosted in the United States on Amazon.com, Inc. network space at 216.150.16.1. It uses a free Let's Encrypt certificate, so the browser padlock shows only that the connection is encrypted, not that the site is genuine.
What to do
Do not connect a wallet to this site or sign anything it requests. If you connected and signed transactions, open a trusted Solana approval or revoke tool and revoke any unfamiliar token delegations. Then move remaining assets to a fresh wallet. If you typed a recovery phrase into the page, assume the wallet is compromised: create a new wallet on a clean device and transfer funds immediately. Phantom features are reached only through Phantom's own app and official channels, never through a lookalike domain. Defenders should block solperps.fun at DNS and proxy level, add 216.150.16.1 to monitoring, and report the domain to the registrar and hosting provider for takedown.
