PhishDestroy threat report
fortgold.live is an impersonation phishing site. It poses as a legitimate service so visitors trust it with sensitive information. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-09-16. When last checked on 2026-10-19, the domain still answered as live, but its content was no longer resolving through DNS, so the page may return at any time.
Impersonation pages copy the look, wording and flow of a service the victim already trusts, then insert a step where the victim enters credentials, personal details or payment information. Whatever is typed goes straight to the operators, who use it to take over accounts or move money. The browser tab on this site showed only the word "Loading" rather than a brand name, while we classified the site as impersonation phishing.
Nine of 91 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain as of 2026-09-29. They included alphaMountain.ai, Bfore.Ai PreCrime, BitDefender, CRDF, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Fortinet, Gridinsoft and Kaspersky. That is a modest count, but the flagging vendors use independent detection methods and reached the same conclusion. Spamhaus lists the domain in its DBL as a spam source, and it appears in four AlienVault OTX threat pulses, which shows other researchers have tied it to malicious activity. It is also on the PhishDestroy blocklist.
The domain was registered on 2026-08-24 through Global Domain Group LLC. That is just 23 days before we detected it, a short lead time typical of throwaway phishing domains. It is hosted at 46.29.26.38 on the M/S ROBI TRADERS network in Turkey. Its certificate comes from Let's Encrypt, which issues certificates for free and automatically, so the padlock in the address bar says nothing about whether the site is trustworthy.
If you entered a password on fortgold.live, change it right away on the real service and anywhere else you reuse it. Then turn on app-based two-factor authentication and review recent logins and account activity. If you submitted card or banking details, contact your bank to block the card and dispute any charges. Do not send money or answer follow-up messages that reference the site. Defenders should block the domain and 46.29.26.38 at DNS, proxy and email gateways, and search logs for past visits.

An estimated time describes an observation window. It does not prove a registrar action or the exact moment a site became unavailable.
