ABUSE NOTICE · 7D+ OPEN Outgoing abuse reports are recorded; the latest stored availability evidence still shows the domain reachable.
Notification and current-status evidence
The sent-report ledger records the first outgoing report at . The recorded recipient is abuse@dynadot.com. The latest stored availability evidence still shows the domain reachable; 1 month has elapsed since the first outgoing report.
ICANN RAA §3.18 describes registrar abuse-contact and handling obligations. This section records outgoing timestamps, listed recipients, case identifiers, and later availability. It does not by itself prove receipt, acknowledgement, investigation, remediation, or contractual non-compliance.
brilliant-realm.com is an impersonation phishing site. It copies the look of a trusted service so that visitors hand over credentials, wallet access or money. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-09-12. The site was still online and serving its content when we last checked on 2026-10-19, so it remains an active danger.
How the scam works
Impersonation pages succeed by looking familiar. A victim arrives through a search ad, social media post, direct message or email and finds a login screen, wallet connection prompt or support page that resembles a service they already use. Anything entered there goes straight to the operators. That can be a password, a one-time code, a recovery phrase or a wallet signature. With it they can take over accounts or move funds, and crypto transfers are usually impossible to reverse.
Evidence
On 2026-09-20, 18 of 89 VirusTotal engines classified the domain as malicious. The vendors that flagged it include ADMINUSLabs, alphaMountain.ai, BitDefender, Chong Lua Dao, CyRadar, ESET, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker and Fortinet. These are unrelated engines from several countries reaching the same verdict, which makes it a solid signal. The domain also appears in four AlienVault OTX threat pulses and is listed on the PhishDestroy blocklist.
Infrastructure
The domain was registered through DYNADOT LLC on 2025-10-28, roughly ten and a half months before we detected it. Domains are often registered early and left unused for a while, so they look established when a campaign starts. The site sits behind Cloudflare, with the edge address located in Canada, so the real origin server is hidden from public view. Its certificate comes from Google Trust Services, the standard issuer for Cloudflare-fronted sites. The padlock only means the connection is encrypted and says nothing about whether the site is legitimate.
What to do
If you entered a password on this site, change it now on the real service and on any other account that shares it. Then turn on app-based two-factor authentication. If you typed a recovery phrase, treat that wallet as compromised and move your assets to a newly created wallet immediately. If you connected a wallet or signed a transaction, revoke the token approvals you granted with a reputable approval checker. Security teams should block the domain at DNS and proxy level, search their logs for past visits, and report it to Cloudflare and DYNADOT for takedown.

Availability, content, DNS and registration are independent evidence layers. NXDOMAIN, an unreachable origin or missing content alone does not prove registrar action. A registrar or provider is credited only when a direct technical marker identifies that actor. Report causality is shown separately.
