PhishDestroy threat report
billiniofficial.shop is a counterfeit storefront that borrows the name of Billini, the women's footwear label, and presents itself as an official outlet for boots, sandals, heels and flats. It targets shoppers searching for discounted Billini shoes, especially those arriving through social media ads or price-comparison results. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-10-16. As of 2026-10-19 the site was still online and answering with a redirect, so it remains a live risk.
The page copies the brand's catalogue framing almost word for word, with the title "Women's Shoes - Buy Boots, Sandals, Heels & Flat Shoes for Women | Bil – Billini | Billini", to look like the genuine shop. Fake stores of this kind lure buyers with steep markdowns, collect a name, delivery address and full card details at checkout, then either ship nothing, send a cheap item unrelated to the order, or reuse the card for further charges. The victim loses the purchase price and often has their payment data and personal details exposed to resale or repeat fraud.
On 2026-10-16, 16 of 92 VirusTotal engines marked the domain as malicious, including BitDefender, ESET, Fortinet, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, alphaMountain.ai, CRDF, CyRadar and Chong Lua Dao. That spread of mainstream antivirus vendors and specialist anti-fraud feeds points to independent agreement rather than a single source. urlscan.io returned a malicious verdict and specifically identified the page as a fake shop. The domain is listed on the PhishDestroy blocklist.
The domain was registered through Dynadot Inc. on 2026-06-15, roughly four months before PhishDestroy detected it, a gap that suggests it was set up in advance and possibly used before landing on blocklists. It resolves to 80.71.144.122 on a network operated by Malakmadze Web LLC, registered in Georgia, while the address itself geolocates to the United States. The free Let's Encrypt certificate gives the padlock icon but says nothing about who runs the shop.
If you ordered from this site, call your bank or card issuer now, report the charge as fraud, request a chargeback and ask for the card to be reissued. Watch your statements for small test charges, and be wary of follow-up emails or texts about "delivery problems" that ask for more payment or details. Buy Billini products only through the brand's own channels or authorised retailers. Security teams should block the domain at DNS and proxy level and flag ads pointing to it.

An estimated time describes an observation window. It does not prove a registrar action or the exact moment a site became unavailable.
Dated changes retained by the monitor and source collectors. Newest observations appear first; source states are not proof of a takedown.
