Its Dutch-language page title offers wine, spirits and whisky for sale online, aimed at shoppers in the Netherlands and Flanders looking for bottles at a good price. PhishDestroy first flagged the site on 2026-10-13. As of 2026-10-19 it was still online and serving its shop pages.
How the scam works
Fake liquor shops lure buyers with a polished catalogue, often featuring rare or premium whisky at prices below established retailers. The shopper fills a basket, enters name, address and contact details, and pays, typically by card or bank transfer. The bottles never arrive, or something worthless is shipped to create a tracking number. The victim loses the purchase amount, and the personal and payment details they entered can be reused for further fraud.
Evidence
On 2026-10-17, 8 of 92 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain: alphaMountain.ai, CRDF, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Fortinet, Gridinsoft, Netcraft, SOCRadar and URLQuery. That count is modest, but it comes from several independent vendors, including Netcraft and Fortinet. urlscan.io rated the site malicious and specifically identified it as a fake shop, which matches our classification. The domain also appears in 2 AlienVault OTX threat pulses and on the PhishDestroy blocklist.
Infrastructure
The domain was registered through Dynadot Inc. on 2026-04-17, nearly six months before PhishDestroy detected it. A gap like that can let a shop look established when buyers check its age. The site is hosted at 146.19.203.218 on the network of Malakmadze Web LLC, a Georgian-registered provider, with the IP located in the US. It runs on a free Let's Encrypt certificate, so the padlock in the browser confirms only an encrypted connection, not a legitimate retailer.
What to do
