PhishDestroy threat report
believeleotardsactive.shop is a fraudulent storefront presenting itself as "Believe Leotards". It aims at gymnasts, dancers and the parents who buy their leotards online. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-10-13 and classifies it as an e-commerce scam. As of 2026-10-19 the site was still online and serving its shop pages, so it can still take orders.
The homepage, titled "Home | Believe Leotards", mimics a specialist leotard retailer. Fake shops like this typically list attractive products at steep discounts to push quick checkouts. The buyer pays and then receives nothing, receives a cheap item that bears no resemblance to the listing, or meets silence when asking for a refund. Beyond the money spent, anyone who checks out hands over a name, delivery address, phone number and card details, which can be reused for further fraud.
On 2026-10-17, 9 of 92 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain. Vendors returning verdicts included alphaMountain.ai, BitDefender, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Fortinet, G-Data, Gridinsoft, LevelBlue and Netcraft. That is a modest but meaningful share, and it comes from several unrelated security companies. urlscan.io rated the site malicious and specifically marked it as a fake shop. The domain also appears in four AlienVault OTX threat pulses and on the PhishDestroy blocklist.
The domain was registered through Dynadot Inc. on 2026-05-20, close to five months before PhishDestroy detected it. The site runs on IP 146.19.203.214 in the Malakmadze Web LLC network in Georgia. A free Let's Encrypt certificate gives it the browser padlock, which proves only that the connection is encrypted. It says nothing about whether the shop is legitimate.
If you paid on this site, contact your bank or card issuer immediately to dispute the charge and ask for the card to be replaced. If you paid by PayPal or a similar service, open a claim there. Keep any order confirmations or emails as proof. Expect follow-up phishing that uses your name and address, and treat unsolicited "delivery problem" or refund messages with suspicion. Defenders should block the domain and its IP, and retailers or payment providers seeing transactions tied to it should flag them for fraud review.

Dated changes retained by the monitor and source collectors. Newest observations appear first; source states are not proof of a takedown.
