PhishDestroy threat report
ausbis.shop is a fraudulent storefront presenting itself as BISSELL, under the page title "Vacuums, Carpet Cleaners, Steam Cleaners & More | BISSELL". It targets shoppers looking for cheap floor-care appliances. Our classification lists Steam as the impersonated brand, while the page title presents the site as a BISSELL store. PhishDestroy first flagged the domain on 2026-10-08, and it was still online with its shop content live on 2026-10-19.
Fake shops like this copy a real manufacturer's branding and catalogue, then list vacuums, carpet cleaners and steam cleaners at prices well below retail to push quick purchases. At checkout the victim pays by card or another method. Typically nothing arrives, or only a cheap item unrelated to the order. The shopper also hands over their name, delivery address, phone number and payment details, which can be reused for further fraud.
On 2026-10-11, 8 of 92 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain: BitDefender, CRDF, ESET, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, G-Data, Gridinsoft, Netcraft and SOCRadar. That is a minority of engines, but it comes from several independent vendors. urlscan.io rated the site malicious and specifically marked it as a fake shop, which matches our classification. The domain also appears in four AlienVault OTX threat pulses and on the PhishDestroy blocklist.
The domain was registered through Dynadot Inc. on 2026-06-13, about four months before PhishDestroy detected it. It is hosted by Malakmadze Web LLC in Georgia, far from any BISSELL operation. Its free Let's Encrypt certificate means the browser padlock says nothing about the seller's legitimacy.
If you paid on ausbis.shop, contact your card issuer or bank now, report the charge as fraud and request a chargeback. Cancel and reissue the card if you entered its full details. Be wary of follow-up emails, texts or calls about "delivery problems" or refunds, since scammers reuse the contact details collected at checkout. Buy BISSELL products only through the manufacturer's official channels or established retailers. Defenders should block the domain and its hosting IP 23.252.79.104 at the web proxy and DNS level, and add the BISSELL-themed lure to fake-shop awareness material.

An estimated time describes an observation window. It does not prove a registrar action or the exact moment a site became unavailable.
Dated changes retained by the monitor and source collectors. Newest observations appear first; source states are not proof of a takedown.
