How the scam works
The site uses a polished product page and a Made in America promise to justify premium prices and to win the trust of buyers who care about where a flag is produced. Shoppers pick a flag, enter their shipping address and card details, and pay at checkout. In schemes like this, the order then either never ships or is replaced by a cheap item that does not match the listing. Victims lose the purchase price and hand over their name, address, email and payment card data, which can be reused for further fraud.
Evidence
On 2026-10-01, 13 of 91 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain. They include alphaMountain.ai, BitDefender, ESET, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Fortinet, G-Data, Gridinsoft and Lionic. Agreement across that many established vendors is a strong signal for a shopping site that has only been running a few months. urlscan.io returned a malicious verdict and specifically identified the page as a fake shop. The domain also appears in 4 AlienVault OTX threat pulses and is listed on the PhishDestroy blocklist.

What to do
If you paid on alliebound.shop, contact your card issuer or bank right away, report the charge as fraud and request a chargeback. Mention that the goods were never delivered or were misrepresented. Ask for a replacement card if you entered full card details, and watch your statements for unfamiliar charges. Expect follow-up phishing emails that use your order details, and do not respond to messages claiming to come from Allegiance Flag Supply.
