PhishDestroy has positioned cns.validator.canton.hashrupt.com as an active fake-validator phishing domain designed to mimic a blockchain-validation service. The site attempts to trick users into connecting wallets and signing malicious transactions that silently drain cryptocurrency. No overt “brand” is imitated in the content, suggesting a generic but targeted campaign against Web3 users rather than a high-profile brand impersonation.

Technical indicators confirm this domain is newly weaponized: it was created on May 17, 2025, resolves to IP address 18.135.132.104, and currently shows 0 detections out of 95 engines on VirusTotal (VT score 1/95). It was registered through GoDaddy.com, LLC using an Amazon-issued SSL certificate. Google Safe Browsing (GSB) has marked the domain as unsafe, and it appears on one additional public blocklist.
