How the scam works

Sites in this category promise free resources, unlocked games or premium apps without payment. The offer draws the visitor into a series of steps. These steps typically include a "human verification" or an "unlock" step, a login prompt imitating a game or app store account, a request to install apps or profiles, or a sign-up that collects personal and payment details. The promised resources never arrive. What the victim actually gives up is account credentials, personal data, device trust or money.

Evidence

Four of 92 VirusTotal engines flag the domain as of 2026-10-16: alphaMountain.ai, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Gridinsoft and SOCRadar. That is a low count. It does mean four separate vendors reached a negative verdict on their own. The domain also appears in four AlienVault OTX pulses, so other researchers have tracked it as well. Among blocklists, PhishDestroy currently lists it.

Infrastructure

The domain was registered on 2025-04-14 through Fewmoretaps OU d/b/a Trustname.com, roughly eighteen months before PhishDestroy caught it. That long run points to a site that has been operating quietly rather than one spun up for a single short campaign. Traffic passes through Cloudflare, Inc. at an address geolocated to Canada, so the origin server behind it is not exposed.

What to do

If you signed in on yetweak.com with a game, Google, Apple or social account, change that password immediately and anywhere you reused it, then turn on two-factor authentication. Also review the account's recent sessions and linked devices. If you installed an app or configuration profile at the site's request, remove it and run a mobile security scan. If you entered card details or paid any "unlock" fee, contact your bank to dispute the charge and block the card. Defenders should block the domain at DNS and proxy level and search logs for visits from their networks. They can also report it to Cloudflare so the content behind its proxy can be reviewed.
