uspscanada.com is a phishing domain that imitates the United States Postal Service (USPS), combining the brand with the word Canada to look like an official cross-border delivery page. It targets people waiting on parcels, especially anyone expecting a shipment between the US and Canada. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-09-24. As of 2026-10-19 the site was still online and its address redirected visitors elsewhere.
How the scam works
Postal impersonation schemes usually start with a text or email claiming a package is held, undeliverable or missing an address. The link leads to a page dressed as USPS that asks for a name, home address and phone number, then a small redelivery or customs fee paid by card. Victims lose their card details and the personal data needed for follow-up fraud. Some losses do not stop at the fee, because the stolen card can be used again. The page title currently reads "Not Acceptable!", which looks like a server error rather than a USPS-branded page, while our classification is impersonation phishing.
Evidence
Twelve of 91 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain as of 2026-10-03, including Google Safe Browsing, BitDefender, Fortinet, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, G-Data, alphaMountain.ai, LevelBlue and Lionic. That number is modest, but these vendors work independently of each other. Google Safe Browsing lists it under social engineering, so Chrome, Firefox and Safari users should see a warning page. Spamhaus carries it on its DBL as a phishing domain, and it appears in five AlienVault OTX threat pulses. It is also on the PhishDestroy blocklist.
Infrastructure
The domain was registered on 2026-05-31 through Cloudflare, Inc., about four months before PhishDestroy detected it. That gap is consistent with a domain set up in advance and then put into use. It is hosted on Oracle Corporation's network in Canada, which fits the Canadian framing of the name. It holds a domain-validated certificate from Sectigo, so the padlock in the browser only shows that the connection is encrypted and does not confirm that USPS operates the site.
What to do
If you entered card details on this site, call your bank now to block the card and dispute any charges, including small "redelivery fee" payments. If you gave your address, phone number or date of birth, expect convincing follow-up calls or texts claiming to be from USPS and do not respond to them.
