PhishDestroy threat report

Overview

tweakstars.com is an impersonation phishing page that presents itself as an "FC Mobile - Coins and Points Generator," a tool supposedly able to add free currency to players' accounts. It targets FC Mobile players, often younger users, who hope to skip in-game purchases. PhishDestroy first saw the domain on 2026-10-16. As of 2026-10-19 the site was still online and serving its content.

How the scam works

Generator scams like this one follow a familiar script. The visitor enters a username, picks an amount of coins or points, and watches a fake progress screen that appears to connect to game servers. The final step is a "verification" that asks for account login details, personal information, app installs or completed offers before anything is delivered. No currency ever arrives, and victims can lose their game account, the credentials they typed in, or personal data that is then reused for spam and further fraud.

Evidence

Independent detection is currently weak. VirusTotal returned 0 detections out of 92 engines when it was checked on 2026-10-16, and PhishDestroy is the only blocklist listing the domain. The domain appears in 8 AlienVault OTX threat-intelligence pulses, which shows other researchers are tracking it. Our classification rests on the page itself: it promises free in-game currency for a brand it has no connection to.

Infrastructure

The domain was registered on 2022-04-20 through NAMECHEAP INC, well before PhishDestroy saw it serving this page. It resolves to 172.67.202.153 on the Cloudflare network (CLOUDFLARENET) in the US, which places it behind Cloudflare's proxy and hides the origin server. Its TLS certificate was issued by Google Trust Services (WE1), so a padlock in the browser says nothing about whether the site is legitimate.

What to do

Do not enter any account details, and do not complete surveys, offers or app downloads this site asks for. If you typed a game, email or platform password into it, change that password right away and enable two-factor authentication. Then review your linked accounts for logins you don't recognize. Parents should explain to children that coin and points generators are always scams. Security teams can block the domain at DNS and web proxies, and should report it to Cloudflare and the registrar, since automated scanners are not yet flagging it.
