soldesmartbitsoftware.com presents itself as "Solde Smart Bit | AI Trading Platform | Official Website". It is an impersonation phishing page aimed at people looking for automated crypto trading or passive income. The "Official Website" claim is the bait: it tells visitors they have found the genuine platform. PhishDestroy first flagged the domain on 2026-09-17, and it was still online with live content on 2026-10-19.
How the scam works
Sites branded as AI trading robots usually promise outsized, effortless returns and ask visitors to register with their name, email and phone number. Those sign-ups are passed to callers posing as account managers, who push the victim to make a first deposit and then larger ones. A dashboard shows invented profits to keep the money flowing. When the victim asks to withdraw, new "fees", "taxes" or "verification payments" appear, and the funds never come back. Victims lose their deposits and their contact details, which are often reused in later recovery scams.
Evidence
On 2026-09-29, 17 of 91 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain. The vendors included alphaMountain.ai, BitDefender, Chong Lua Dao, CRDF, CyRadar, ESET, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker and Fortinet. That is a solid cross-vendor consensus for a page that imitates a trading brand rather than hosting malware. The domain also appears in five AlienVault OTX threat pulses, which shows other researchers are tracking it. PhishDestroy lists it on its own blocklist.
Infrastructure
The domain was registered on 2025-11-30 through MainReg Inc., about nine and a half months before PhishDestroy detected it. It resolves to 185.62.57.28 on the Snel.com B.V. network in the Netherlands. Its padlock comes from a ZeroSSL domain-validated certificate, which only proves control of the domain name. It says nothing about who runs the platform or whether it is legitimate.
What to do
If you registered on this site, do not answer calls from its "account managers" and do not install any remote-access software they suggest. Do not send further deposits or pay any withdrawal fee, because those payments are part of the theft. If you already paid, contact your bank or card issuer immediately and report the transfer to the police with your transaction details. Treat later offers to recover your money as a likely second scam. Defenders should block the domain and its IP, and should watch mail and ad traffic for the Solde Smart Bit lure.
