Overview

quicknode.zikaoe.com is an impersonation phishing page that borrows the QuickNode name, a well-known blockchain infrastructure brand, in its hostname to appear legitimate to crypto developers and Web3 users. PhishDestroy first saw it on 2026-10-17. As of 2026-10-19 the site was alive and still serving content, so it remains an active risk.

How the scam works

Impersonation pages like this copy the look and wording of a trusted service so visitors believe they are on the real platform. The hostname puts a familiar brand in front of an unrelated parent domain, a common trick for passing a quick glance in a link or search result. The page itself carries only the generic title "Home", which does not name a brand, while we classify the site as an impersonation. Victims of this type of scheme are typically pushed to sign in, enter account details or API credentials, or hand over a wallet recovery phrase or private key, and anything submitted goes straight to the operators.

Evidence

VirusTotal coverage is still thin: only 2 of 92 engines, CRDF and Ermes, flagged it at the 2026-10-17 check, so a clean result from most scanners should not be read as proof of safety.
