Overview

oyunonerileri.com presents itself as a Turkish game-recommendation portal titled "Oyun Önerileri — Doğru Oyunu Bulmanın En Rafine Yolu" ("Game Recommendations — The Most Refined Way to Find the Right Game"). PhishDestroy classifies it as an impersonation phishing page, and its Turkish-language framing points it at Turkish-speaking gamers. We first flagged it on 2026-09-05. As of 2026-10-19 the site was still online and serving live content.

How the scam works

The page title shows a harmless game-discovery site, while our classification is impersonation phishing. Sites in this category borrow the look or name of a trusted service so visitors lower their guard. They then steer people toward a login, a download or a payment step. A gaming theme fits that pattern well, because offers of curated picks, free keys or exclusive deals are a natural lure for credentials to game platforms, email accounts or payment details. Whatever a visitor types into such a page goes straight to the operator.

Evidence

On 2026-10-19, VirusTotal showed 5 of 92 engines flagging the domain: alphaMountain.ai, CRDF, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Gridinsoft and SOCRadar. That count is low, so most security tools would still let a visitor through, but the hits come from five unrelated vendors that reached the same verdict on their own. The domain also appears in 4 AlienVault OTX threat pulses. PhishDestroy is currently the only blocklist carrying it.

Infrastructure

The domain was registered on 2026-06-04 through Fewmoretaps OU d/b/a Trustname.com, roughly three months before it came to our attention. That gap suggests the operator let the domain age before it was put to use, or that it ran unnoticed for a while. It is hosted in Turkey on the PIXOOF TEKNOLOJI ANONIM SIRKETI network, which matches its Turkish-language audience. The Let's Encrypt certificate only gives the padlock icon and says nothing about whether the site can be trusted.

What to do

If you entered a username and password on this site, change that password right away, and change it on every other service where you reused it. Turn on two-factor authentication, starting with your gaming and email accounts. If you gave card or payment details, contact your bank to block the card and dispute any charges you don't recognize.
