mgmarket6.cc is an impersonation phishing page branded as MEGA. Its page title stacks several look-alike address variants, "MGMARKET6.AT | mgmarket6.cc | mgmarket6cc | mgmarket6at", so that searches for a working MEGA mirror land here. PhishDestroy first flagged the domain on 2026-09-25. It was still online and serving live content when last checked on 2026-10-19.
How the scam works
MEGA is a Russian-language darknet marketplace whose mirror addresses are widely cloned. Clones like this one rely on users hunting for a fresh, working link. The page copies the familiar storefront and login flow. Anything typed into it, such as username, password or recovery phrases, goes to the operator, who can then empty the real account balance. Many such clones also show their own deposit addresses, so cryptocurrency sent to "top up" the account goes straight to the scammers and cannot be recovered.
Evidence
When VirusTotal checked the domain on 2026-09-30, 7 of 91 engines flagged it: alphaMountain.ai, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Fortinet, Gridinsoft, LevelBlue, SOCRadar and VIPRE. That is a small share of engines, but they are independent vendors reaching the same verdict. The domain also appears in 4 AlienVault OTX threat pulses, which means other researchers have tracked it as malicious. Among blocklists, PhishDestroy currently lists it.
Infrastructure
The domain was registered on 2025-08-17 through Hosting Concepts B.V. (Registrar.eu), more than a year before PhishDestroy detected it. That suggests either a long-running mirror or a domain held in reserve. It resolves to 188.114.97.3 on Cloudflare's network, geolocated to Canada. That address is a Cloudflare edge node, so it hides where the page is actually hosted.
What to do
If you logged in through this page, assume your MEGA credentials are compromised. Change the password and PIN from a verified address, enable two-factor authentication, and check your balance and order history for activity you did not make. Do not send any deposit to an address this page showed you. If you reuse that password elsewhere, change it there too.
