Overview

live-ledgres-us.pages.dev is an impersonation phishing page. Its name, a misspelling of "Ledger Live" with a "us" suffix, is built to look like an official regional page for Ledger hardware wallet users. PhishDestroy first saw it on 2026-09-08. The site has been offline since 2026-09-16, when the hosting provider blocked its content, and it was still down when last checked on 2026-10-19.

How the scam works

Lookalike Ledger Live pages usually claim the user's device needs a firmware update, a security sync or wallet recovery. They then ask for the 24-word recovery phrase or a wallet connection. Anyone holding that phrase can rebuild the wallet on their own device and empty it, and the hardware wallet gives no protection once the phrase is exposed. The page now shows the title "Suspected Phishing | Cloudflare", which is the provider's warning screen rather than the original lure. We classify the site as impersonation phishing.

Evidence

urlscan.io rated the page malicious. Its brand detection only recognised the generic Cloudflare warning layout, because the provider had already replaced the lure. The domain is listed on the MetaMask and SEAL blocklists alongside PhishDestroy, which means three independent crypto-security sources flagged it. VirusTotal showed 0 detections out of 89 engines on 2026-09-18. That check came two days after the content was blocked, so the zero mostly reflects a scanner seeing only a warning page, not a clean site.

Infrastructure

The site was a free subdomain on Cloudflare Pages, served through Cloudflare's network from an address located in Canada. Free platform subdomains cost nothing and can be created in minutes, so operators can replace a takedown with a new lookalike name almost immediately. This page lasted about eight days between our first sighting and the provider block.

What to do

If you typed your recovery phrase into this page, treat that wallet as compromised. Set up a new wallet with a fresh phrase on your device and move any remaining funds there right away. Ledger never asks for your 24 words on a website. If you connected a wallet, review and revoke any token approvals granted during that session. Defenders should block the subdomain and watch for similar misspelled Ledger names on free hosting platforms.
