PhishDestroy threat report
ledger-com-en-x.pages.dev is a phishing page that impersonates Ledger, the hardware wallet maker. It targets Ledger owners and anyone searching for Ledger support or setup help. The subdomain is built to resemble an official English-language Ledger address. PhishDestroy first saw it on 2026-09-01, and the site has been offline since 2026-09-11, with that status confirmed on 2026-10-19.
Ledger impersonation pages usually copy the brand's look and send visitors through a fake update, sync or verification step. The goal is to get the 24-word recovery phrase, which gives full control of every account derived from the device. Once the phrase is typed into the page, the operators can rebuild the wallet on their own hardware and empty it. A genuine Ledger never asks for the phrase on a website. The page now shows the title "Suspected Phishing | Cloudflare", which is the hosting provider's own warning screen rather than the Ledger lure we classified.
urlscan.io returned a malicious verdict and detected Ledger branding on the page. The domain is listed on the PhishDestroy, MetaMask and SEAL blocklists, so wallet users running MetaMask are warned independently. VirusTotal showed 0 detections out of 89 engines on 2026-09-13. That check came two days after the site went offline, so antivirus engines were of little use against this page while it was live.
The page was deployed on Cloudflare Pages on 2025-09-23, almost a year before PhishDestroy flagged it. Free pages.dev subdomains let operators put a brand name in the address without buying a domain. They also inherit the platform's TLS and reputation. Traffic resolved to Cloudflare, Inc. network space geolocated to Canada, and Cloudflare itself has since blocked the content.
If you entered your recovery phrase on this site, treat the wallet as compromised. Set up a new seed on your Ledger, or on a reset device, and move all remaining funds to it right away. Check for and revoke any token approvals made from the old addresses, and never reuse that phrase. If you only visited the page, no action is needed beyond avoiding it. Defenders should block the hostname and watch for similar Ledger-themed pages.dev subdomains, since this pattern is cheap to repeat.
