PhishDestroy threat report
connects-trezr-en.pages.dev is an impersonation phishing page. Its name, with the misspelling "trezr" and the word "connects", is built to pass for a Trezor wallet connection or setup page aimed at owners of Trezor hardware wallets. PhishDestroy first saw it on 2026-09-01. The site has been offline since 2026-09-11, and on our last check on 2026-10-19 Cloudflare was still blocking its content.
Pages named like this usually claim the visitor must "connect", verify or update a Trezor device. The visitor is then asked to type in the 12- or 24-word recovery phrase, or to approve a wallet connection. Anyone holding a recovery phrase controls every account derived from it, so a victim who enters it can lose the entire contents of the wallet. A real Trezor device never asks for its recovery phrase on a website. The page title now reads "Suspected Phishing | Cloudflare", which is the provider's block notice rather than the original lure, while we classify the site as Trezor impersonation.
VirusTotal shows 13 of 89 engines flagging the address as of 2026-09-11. The vendors include alphaMountain.ai, BitDefender, ESET, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Fortinet, G-Data, Gridinsoft and Kaspersky, a broad mix of independent security companies. urlscan.io returned a malicious verdict, and its brand detection matched only the Cloudflare warning page. The domain also appears on the MetaMask and SEAL blocklists alongside PhishDestroy, so wallet users are warned from several sources.
The site runs on Cloudflare Pages, a free static-hosting service that lets anyone publish a subdomain under pages.dev within minutes. That makes it easy to spin up throwaway lookalikes. The listed registration date is 2025-11-08, about ten months before PhishDestroy detected the page. Traffic resolved to Cloudflare, Inc. infrastructure located in Canada. The provider's own block notice shows the hosting platform acted on the abuse.
If you typed your Trezor recovery phrase into this page, treat that wallet as compromised. Set up a new wallet with a fresh recovery phrase on a genuine device and move any remaining funds there immediately. If you connected a wallet and signed anything, review your token approvals and revoke unfamiliar ones. Only manage your Trezor through software you install from the official source. Security teams should block the domain and watch for other pages.dev subdomains that use misspelled Trezor branding.
