PhishDestroy threat report
connectmeet.online presents itself as CONNECTMEET, a site promising to help visitors "Meet New People. Make Real Connections." PhishDestroy classifies it as an impersonation phishing page, and wallet-focused blocklists have also flagged it, which points to crypto users as the intended audience. The page title reads like a dating or social networking service, while our classification is impersonation phishing. PhishDestroy first saw the domain on 2026-10-13. On 2026-10-19 the site still responded, but its content was no longer being served through active DNS.
A friendly social or dating front is an effective lure because victims usually arrive through a personal conversation, not a cold advertisement. Someone met online suggests moving to this "meeting" platform. The site then asks for a sign-up, a login or a wallet connection to unlock profiles or messages. Whatever the victim types or approves goes to the operators, so the losses can include account credentials, personal details or wallet access.
MetaMask and SEAL both list the domain alongside PhishDestroy, which matters because those lists exist to stop wallet users from reaching malicious pages. On VirusTotal, only 3 of 92 engines flagged it as of 2026-10-17: alphaMountain.ai, CRDF and SOCRadar. That low count is typical of a domain only days old and should not be read as a clean bill of health. The domain also appears in 3 AlienVault OTX threat pulses, so other researchers are tracking it too.
The domain was registered on 2026-10-11 through HOSTINGER operations, UAB, and PhishDestroy picked it up just two days later. A fresh domain going live almost immediately fits a short-lived campaign. It is hosted on AS47583, Hostinger International Limited, in Lithuania. Its Let's Encrypt certificate gives it a browser padlock, but the padlock says nothing about who runs the site.
If you created an account or entered a password here, change that password everywhere you reused it and turn on two-factor authentication. If you connected a wallet or signed anything, revoke the site's token approvals with a trusted approval checker. Move remaining funds to a fresh wallet if you entered a seed phrase. Be cautious with the contact who sent you the link, and report the profile on the platform where you met. Defenders should block the domain and its hosting address, and they can use the MetaMask and SEAL listings to support filtering decisions.

This report combines saved page captures, registration and network records, scanner results and PhishDestroy reporting history. Each source keeps its own observation date. Open a source report to inspect the original result.

A capture documents what was shown. A scanner result records that provider’s assessment at the time of its check. Neither a valid certificate nor a zero-detection result is a guarantee of safety.
