Overview

casino.duarax.com is a crypto gambling front that PhishDestroy classifies as a fraudulent casino aimed at players willing to fund an account with cryptocurrency. We first detected it on 2026-08-25. The site went offline on 2026-09-11, and its DNS was still inactive at our last check on 2026-10-19. That gives it a working life of under three weeks.

How the scam works

Fake crypto casinos accept deposits easily, often sweetened with bonuses, and then show balances and winnings that exist only on screen. When a player tries to cash out, the withdrawal stalls behind invented requirements such as verification charges, taxes, unlock fees or wagering thresholds. Each payment simply adds to the loss. Victims typically lose everything they deposited plus any fees they paid trying to free their balance. urlscan.io tagged this page under its cryptoscam category, which matches that pattern.

Evidence

The classification has independent support. At the 2026-09-01 VirusTotal check, 14 of 91 engines flagged the domain, including alphaMountain.ai, BitDefender, CRDF, CyRadar, ESET, Fortinet, G-Data and Kaspersky. That is a broad spread of major vendors for a site this short-lived. urlscan.io returned a malicious verdict, and Spamhaus lists the domain in its DBL under the phishing category. The domain is also on the PhishDestroy blocklist.

Infrastructure

The casino ran on a subdomain of duarax.com, which is registered through Fewmoretaps OU d/b/a Trustname.com. The site was served from 45.115.27.26 on the Contrust Solutions S.R.L. network in Germany. Its certificate came from Let's Encrypt, so the padlock in the browser only meant the connection was encrypted, not that the operator could be trusted. The roughly 17 days between our first sighting and the outage fit the quick launch-and-abandon cycle common to these schemes.

What to do

If you deposited funds here, send nothing further. Ignore any message demanding a fee, tax or verification payment to release a balance, and be wary of anyone offering to recover your money for a fee. Save your transaction hashes, wallet addresses and any chat logs. Report the loss to the exchange you sent from and to your local fraud authority. If you reused a password on this site, change it everywhere and enable two-factor authentication. Defenders should block the parent domain duarax.com and its subdomains, add the hosting IP to watchlists, and alert on new subdomains or a relaunch under the same name.
