Overview

bitehq.shop is an impersonation phishing page built to look like the online store of Bite, the brand known for its Toothpaste Bits. It targets shoppers who search for Bite products and could mistake this domain for the official shop. PhishDestroy first saw the site on 2026-10-16. As of 2026-10-19 it was still online and serving live content.

How the scam works

The page carries the title "Toothpaste Bits by Bite | Bite", copying the real brand's product naming to appear legitimate. Fake shops like this usually show familiar product photos and attractive prices to push visitors toward checkout. At checkout the victim enters a name, delivery address, email and card or payment details. The usual result is a charge for an order that never ships, plus stolen personal and payment data that can be reused for fraud or sold.

urlscan.io returned a malicious verdict and specifically flagged the site as a fake shop. The domain also appears in 2 AlienVault OTX pulses and is listed on the PhishDestroy blocklist. Infrastructure

The domain was registered on 2026-05-19 through Dynadot Inc., about five months before PhishDestroy detected it. It is hosted on the Malakmadze Web LLC network in the United States at 195.96.130.227. The site uses a TLS certificate from Let's Encrypt (YE2), so the padlock in the browser shows only an encrypted connection. It does not mean the store is genuine.

Do not order from bitehq.shop. Buy Bite products only through the brand's official website or retailers you already trust. If you entered card details, contact your bank or card issuer right away to block the card and dispute any charges. If you reused a password there, change it everywhere you used it. Watch for phishing emails sent to the address you provided.
