As of 2026-10-19 it was still online and serving its storefront content.
How the scam works
The page presents itself as "Top Women's Clothing Brand in Pakistan | Shop Online | Binilyas | BIN ILYAS" and borrows the brand's name and look to appear official. Fake shops like this usually advertise steep discounts through ads or social media and then guide visitors through a convincing checkout. Victims typically pay for clothing that never arrives, or they enter card numbers, names, phone numbers and delivery addresses that the operators can reuse for fraud. The real brand has no connection to the site, so buyers have no seller to contact for refunds or delivery.
Evidence
On 2026-10-16, 12 of 92 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain, including alphaMountain.ai, BitDefender, CyRadar, ESET, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Fortinet, G-Data and Gridinsoft. urlscan.io returned a malicious verdict and specifically identified the site as a fake shop. The domain appears in 4 AlienVault OTX threat pulses and is listed on the PhishDestroy blocklist.
Infrastructure
The domain was registered on 2026-04-11 through Spaceship, Inc., about six months before PhishDestroy detected it. It resolves to 193.162.133.154 on the Malakmadze Web LLC network, which is registered in Georgia, and the server geolocates to the United States. The site uses a TLS certificate from Let's Encrypt (YE1). The padlock in the browser only means the connection is encrypted. It does not mean the store is legitimate.
