PhishDestroy threat report

Overview

beyondmemoriesstore.shop is an impersonation phishing site posing as an online store for Beyond Memories, a brand selling custom 3D crystal photo gifts and laser engraving. It targets people shopping for personalised keepsakes who believe they are ordering from the genuine brand. PhishDestroy first detected the domain on 2026-10-16. As of 2026-10-19 the site was still online with its storefront content live.

How the scam works

The page presents itself as "Custom 3D Crystal Photo Gifts | Beyond Memories® Laser Engraving | 3D Laser Gifts" and copies the look and product range of the real brand to win the shopper's trust. Fake shops like this typically lure buyers with attractive prices and urgent discounts, then collect names, delivery addresses, phone numbers, email addresses and payment details at checkout. Victims usually pay for goods that never arrive, or receive cheap substitutes, and the card or account details they entered can be reused for further fraud. Uploaded personal photos and contact data can also end up in the hands of the operators.

Evidence

urlscan.io returned a malicious verdict and specifically flagged the site as a fake shop. On VirusTotal, 5 of 92 engines flagged the domain as of 2026-10-19: alphaMountain.ai, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, G-Data, Gridinsoft and SOCRadar. Infrastructure

The domain was registered on 2026-04-15 through Dynadot Inc., roughly six months before PhishDestroy detected it. It resolves to 62.233.61.27 on the Malakmadze Web LLC network in Georgia (GE). The site uses a TLS certificate issued by Let's Encrypt (YE2), so the padlock in the browser says nothing about whether the store is legitimate.
