PhishDestroy threat report
314junkgone.com presents itself as "314Gone — Junk Removal in St. Louis | Fast Photo Quotes," using the 314 area code to look like a local hauling business. PhishDestroy classifies it as an impersonation phishing page and first saw it on 2026-10-08. The page title shows a local junk removal service, while our classification is impersonation phishing. As of 2026-10-19 the domain was still live and redirecting visitors elsewhere.
Impersonation pages borrow a familiar or trustworthy-looking identity so that visitors hand over information or money without hesitation. A "fast photo quote" pitch is a natural way to request names, phone numbers, home addresses, photos of a property and sometimes an upfront deposit or card details to "book" a pickup. Because the domain now redirects, what a visitor ultimately lands on is controlled by the operator and can change at any time. Victims risk losing personal data, payment information and any money sent in advance.
Detection is still thin. On 2026-10-16, 5 of 92 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain: alphaMountain.ai, CRDF, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Gridinsoft and SOCRadar. More telling is that it appears on the MetaMask and SEAL blocklists alongside PhishDestroy, which places it inside crypto-security threat feeds rather than ordinary spam lists. It is also referenced in 3 AlienVault OTX threat pulses, so other researchers have tracked it independently.
The domain was registered on 2026-09-18 through NAMECHEAP INC, just 20 days before PhishDestroy detected it. A domain that new carries no track record of real customers, which is unusual for a business advertising an established local service. It resolves to 162.255.119.108 on Namecheap, Inc. infrastructure in the US. Its TLS certificate comes from WE1, a standard automated issuer, so the padlock confirms only an encrypted connection, not a legitimate company.
Do not request a quote, upload photos or pay a deposit through this site. If you submitted payment card details or sent money, contact your bank or card issuer right away to dispute the charge and block the card. If you shared your phone number or address, treat follow-up calls, texts or payment requests that mention this service as suspicious. Security teams should block the domain and its IP at DNS and proxy level, and add it to email and web filters.
