PhishDestroy threat report
toaconsulting.com is an impersonation phishing page. It poses as a legitimate business or service to win the trust of visitors who believe they are dealing with the real organization. PhishDestroy first detected it on 2026-09-17. On 2026-10-19 the site was still online and serving content.
Impersonation pages copy the look, wording and contact details of a trusted entity. The victim then hands over login credentials, personal details, payments or crypto, believing the request is genuine. Anything entered or sent goes straight to the operators, and payments are rarely recoverable. The page currently carries the title "(WFsites) - Page not found," which reads as a website-builder error. PhishDestroy nonetheless classifies the domain as impersonation phishing.
On 2026-09-29, 13 of 91 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain. They include ADMINUSLabs, alphaMountain.ai, Chong Lua Dao, CRDF, CyRadar, ESET, Emsisoft and Forcepoint ThreatSeeker. Several unrelated vendors reached the same verdict on their own, which carries more weight than any single detection. The domain also appears in six AlienVault OTX threat pulses, so other researchers are tracking it. It is listed on the PhishDestroy blocklist.
The domain was registered on 2006-10-27, nearly twenty years before PhishDestroy flagged it. This is a long-standing name, not a freshly registered throwaway. Its registrar is TUCOWS.COM, CO., and it is hosted on the Internet Names For Business Inc. network in Canada. Its Sectigo domain-validated certificate shows only that someone controls the domain, so the padlock in the browser says nothing about who runs the site or whether it is safe.
If you entered a password on this site, change it immediately, and change it anywhere else you reused it. Turn on two-factor authentication for those accounts. If you paid money or shared card or bank details, contact your bank or card issuer right away to dispute the charge and block further use. Do not send any follow-up "fees" or verification payments the operators may request, and be wary of emails or calls that refer to your visit. Defenders should block the domain at DNS and web gateways, check logs for visits since 2026-09-17, and send reports to the hosting provider and registrar.

This report combines saved page captures, registration and network records, scanner results and PhishDestroy reporting history. Each source keeps its own observation date. Open a source report to inspect the original result.
The AI-assisted analysis was written on . It describes the evidence available at that time; later source checks can change.
A capture documents what was shown. A scanner result records that provider’s assessment at the time of its check. Neither a valid certificate nor a zero-detection result is a guarantee of safety.
