How the scam works

They then ask for upfront payments described as fees, taxes, deposits or "unlocking" charges. Some also collect passport scans, exchange logins or wallet seed phrases. Victims lose whatever they pay, and any identity documents or credentials they hand over can be reused against them. No funds are ever recovered.

Seven of 91 VirusTotal engines flag the domain as of 2026-09-29: alphaMountain.ai, BitDefender, CRDF, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Gridinsoft, Kaspersky and SOCRadar.
