The domain prime-xbtt.org was registered on 16 November 2024 through PDR Ltd. d/b/a PublicDomainRegistry.com and is currently using Cloudflare name servers dahlia.ns.cloudflare.com and jerome.ns.cloudflare.com. DNS resolution points to the address 172.67.189.136, a Cloudflare‑owned IP range that provides content delivery and masking services, which complicates attribution of the underlying host. The domain has surfaced in two AlienVault OTX pulses, indicating that it has been observed by at least two independent threat‑intel sources. It is listed on a single security blocklist and has been actively blocked by the PhishDestroy filtering service, reinforcing the view that the site is being used for malicious purposes.
