PhishDestroy threat report
painelvipreseller.com is an impersonation phishing page dressed as a login portal for VIPTV. Its name reads as Portuguese for "VIP reseller panel," and its page title is "Login - VIPTV." That points squarely at people who resell IPTV subscriptions and manage them through a dashboard. PhishDestroy first flagged the domain on 2026-09-23, and it was still online and serving its login page on 2026-10-19.
Reseller panels are where IPTV sellers hold prepaid credits, create customer lines and manage subscriptions, which makes those logins valuable. A lookalike page titled "Login - VIPTV" invites a reseller to type in a username and password, and those details go straight to the operator. With a working login, an attacker can burn or transfer stored credits, take over customer accounts, or lock the real owner out. Anyone who reuses the same password elsewhere is exposed on those services too.
On 2026-10-03, 10 of 91 VirusTotal engines marked the domain as malicious. Vendors flagging it include alphaMountain.ai, BitDefender, CRDF, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Fortinet, G-Data, Gridinsoft and SOCRadar. That is a minority of engines, but the flags come from several unrelated security companies, which supports the impersonation classification. PhishDestroy lists the domain on its own blocklist.
The domain was registered on 2025-12-05 through PDR Ltd. d/b/a PublicDomainRegistry.com. That is roughly nine and a half months before PhishDestroy caught it, so the site had a long head start before it was flagged. It is hosted in the United States on HostPapa's network (AS36352). A Let's Encrypt certificate gives it the padlock icon, which shows the connection is encrypted but says nothing about whether the site is genuine.
If you entered a VIPTV or other reseller panel login on this site, sign in through the real panel you normally use and change that password at once. Change it anywhere else you used the same password, and turn on two-factor authentication if the panel offers it. Check your credit balance, recent line creations and account settings for anything you did not do, and report unexplained activity to your panel provider quickly. Security teams and hosting abuse desks should block painelvipreseller.com and watch for similar "painel" or "reseller" lookalike domains aimed at the same audience.

This report combines saved page captures, registration and network records, scanner results and PhishDestroy reporting history. Each source keeps its own observation date. Open a source report to inspect the original result.

A capture documents what was shown. A scanner result records that provider’s assessment at the time of its check. Neither a valid certificate nor a zero-detection result is a guarantee of safety.
