How the scam works
Impersonation pages like this copy the name and look of a familiar free service so visitors trust it without checking the address. Sites of this type typically use the lure of free content to push visitors toward prompts, sign-ups, downloads or wallet connections that the real service never asks for. What a victim loses depends on what they hand over: login details, personal data, or access granted through a malicious prompt.
Evidence
The classification has independent support. On 2026-09-29, 13 of 91 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain, including alphaMountain.ai, BitDefender, CRDF, CyRadar, ESET, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Fortinet and G-Data. That is a modest share of engines, but it comes from several unrelated vendors. Beyond PhishDestroy, the domain appears on the MetaMask and SEAL blocklists, which are both maintained by crypto-security groups. It is also referenced in three AlienVault OTX threat pulses.
Infrastructure
The domain was registered through Spaceship, Inc. on 2026-07-19. What to do
