How the scam works
Domains built around "eligibility" usually present a fake checker. The visitor is told they qualify for an airdrop or allocation, then asked to connect a wallet and sign or approve a transaction to "claim" it. That signature hands spending rights or assets to the operator, and losses can include every token the approval covers. The page title reads "Default page," a generic placeholder, while we classify the domain as Bitlight Labs impersonation phishing.
Evidence
Ten of 92 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain as of 2026-10-07. They include BitDefender, Kaspersky, Fortinet, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, G-Data, Gridinsoft, CRDF and alphaMountain.ai, a spread of independent vendors that reached the same verdict. MetaMask and SEAL, which focus on protecting wallet users, list the domain alongside PhishDestroy. Four AlienVault OTX threat pulses also reference it.
Infrastructure
The domain was registered on 2026-10-03, only four days before PhishDestroy detected it. That short gap fits a campaign launched quickly to catch interest in a brand. Registration went through HOSTINGER operations, UAB, and the site is hosted on Hostinger International Limited's network in Lithuania. It used a free, automatically issued Let's Encrypt certificate, so the padlock in the browser says nothing about whether the site is legitimate.
What to do
If you connected a wallet to this site and signed anything, open a token-approval revocation tool right away and cancel any permissions you do not recognize. Then move your remaining assets to a fresh wallet whose seed phrase has never been entered or exposed. If you typed in a seed phrase or private key, treat that wallet as fully compromised and stop using it. Only check eligibility or claim rewards through Bitlight Labs' official channels, never through links sent in messages or ads. Defenders should block the domain and its hosting address, and watch for lookalike "eligibility" or "claim" domains that use the same brand.
