On July 24 2026 the domain winsilio.com was observed to be offline but retains indicators of a malicious crypto‑casino phishing operation. The domain was registered on 6 November 2025 through Dominet (HK) Limited and is hosted on Cloudflare’s network (ASN 13335) with the IP address 188.114.97.3 located in the United States. No TLS certificate is present, and the authoritative nameservers are chelsea.ns.cloudflare.com and rodrigo.ns.cloudflare.com.

The site’s sole page title, “Winsilio: Most Popular Online Crypto Casino Based on Blockchain,” aligns with the classified scam type of a crypto scam and matches the Gambler Scam phishing kit observed in other campaigns.
