How the scam works
The site replicates the Ondo Finance brand, presenting itself under the page title "Ondo Finance: Tokenized Stocks, Bonds, and USDY" to appear legitimate to visitors familiar with the real protocol. Once a user connects their crypto wallet, a drainer script requests broad token approvals or triggers malicious transactions that silently transfer assets out of the victim's wallet. The victim loses whatever tokens or funds were accessible at the moment of connection, with no recourse once the transaction is signed.

Six of 89 engines on VirusTotal flagged this domain as malicious as of 2026-09-18, with detections from alphaMountain.ai, Chong Lua Dao, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Fortinet, Gridinsoft, and SOCRadar.
