us-ledger-live.pages.dev is a phishing page that impersonated Ledger, the hardware wallet maker. Its "us-ledger-live" name was built to pass as an official home for the Ledger Live companion app, and it targeted people who manage their crypto through Ledger devices. PhishDestroy first saw it on 2026-09-15. The site has been offline since 2026-09-21 because its hosting provider blocked the content, and it was still down when last checked on 2026-10-19.
How the scam works
Fake Ledger Live pages usually claim the wallet needs an urgent update, resync or security check. They then ask the visitor to type in the 24-word recovery phrase or to install a doctored copy of the app. Anyone who enters that phrase hands over full control of every account derived from it, and attackers can empty those balances in minutes without ever touching the physical device. The page title now reads "Suspected Phishing | Cloudflare". That is the provider's warning page, which replaced the original content, while our classification covers the Ledger impersonation it served before the block.
Evidence
17 of 89 VirusTotal engines flagged the address as of 2026-09-21. The vendors include BitDefender, ESET, Fortinet, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Emsisoft, alphaMountain.ai, CyRadar and Chong Lua Dao, a wide mix of independent vendors that points to more than a single noisy detector. urlscan.io returned a malicious verdict and recognized Ledger branding on the page. The domain also appears on the MetaMask and SEAL blocklists alongside PhishDestroy's own.
Infrastructure
The page ran as a project subdomain on Cloudflare Pages, a free static hosting service where anyone can publish a site under the shared pages.dev name. That let the operator skip buying and registering a domain at all. Traffic resolved to Cloudflare, Inc. network addresses geolocated to Canada. The provider took it offline six days after PhishDestroy first spotted it.
What to do
If you typed your recovery phrase into this site, treat it as permanently compromised. Set up your Ledger with a brand-new phrase, then move all remaining funds to the new accounts immediately. If you installed software it offered, uninstall it, scan the machine, and reinstall Ledger Live only from Ledger's official site. Ledger never asks for your 24 words online or in any app, so any page that does is a scam. Defenders should block this specific pages.dev subdomain rather than the whole shared domain and report new Ledger lookalikes on Cloudflare Pages to the provider's abuse team.
