PhishDestroy threat report

Overview

unitybouu.us is an impersonation phishing page that greets visitors with a screen titled "Bot Verification". It targets people who arrive through links and believe they are reaching a legitimate service. PhishDestroy first saw it on 2026-08-30. It was still online and serving content on 2026-10-19.

How the scam works

Impersonation pages copy the look of a trusted service so victims enter details they would only give the real one, such as logins, personal information or wallet access. A "Bot Verification" step looks like a routine anti-spam check, which lowers suspicion before the victim reaches the forms that do the stealing. Anything typed into the page goes to the operators, not to the brand being imitated. The page title shows a generic verification check, while our classification is impersonation phishing based on the site as a whole.

Evidence

On 2026-09-12, 6 of 89 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain: alphaMountain.ai, CRDF, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Gridinsoft, Netcraft and SOCRadar. That count is low, so many browsers and security tools will not warn visitors. Several of those vendors, including Netcraft and Forcepoint, are phishing-focused feeds, so the flags support our classification. The domain appears in 4 AlienVault OTX threat pulses, and it is on the PhishDestroy blocklist.

Infrastructure

The domain was registered through Dynadot Inc on 2026-08-25, and we detected it five days later. A fresh registration put into use almost immediately is typical of short-lived phishing domains. The site is hosted on FranTech Solutions in Luxembourg. It uses a free Let's Encrypt certificate, so the browser padlock only means the connection is encrypted and says nothing about whether the site is genuine.

What to do

If you passed the "Bot Verification" screen and entered a password, change it right away on the real service and on any account that reuses it, then turn on two-factor authentication. If you typed in payment or personal details, contact your bank and watch for follow-up phishing that uses what you shared. If you entered a wallet recovery phrase, treat that wallet as compromised and move your funds to a new wallet with a new phrase. Defenders should block unitybouu.us at the DNS, proxy and email layers and search logs for visits since 2026-08-25. Because few security vendors flag this domain, also report it to the hosting provider and the registrar.
