term.lifefinancialtime.me is an impersonation phishing page that greets visitors with a sign-in screen titled "Authorization - Lifefinancialtime". It targets people who expect to log in to a finance-branded service and are steered to this subdomain instead. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-09-28. As of 2026-10-19 the site was still online and answering requests with a redirect, so it remains a live threat.
How the scam works
The "Authorization" title shows the page's purpose: it is a login gate, not a working service. Victims arrive through a link and see a familiar-looking finance portal. Whatever they type, such as an email, a password or a one-time code, goes to the operators. Those credentials can then be used to take over the real account, reuse the password on other services, or lure the victim deeper into a fake financial platform that asks for deposits. Because the site now redirects, the path a visitor sees can change over time while the page still collects logins.
Evidence
On 2026-10-01, 6 of 91 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain: alphaMountain.ai, CRDF, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, SOCRadar, VIPRE and Webroot. That count is low, and most security tools would still let a visitor through. The vendors that did catch it come from several independent threat feeds, which supports the classification. Among public blocklists it currently appears only on PhishDestroy's, so a clean result from a browser or antivirus check is not a reason to trust it.
Infrastructure
The parent domain was registered through HOSTINGER operations, UAB on 2025-11-20, about ten months before PhishDestroy detected the phishing subdomain. Phishing operators sometimes register a domain and leave it unused for months, then activate a subdomain when a campaign starts. The site sits behind Cloudflare, Inc. on an address geolocated to Canada. Cloudflare's proxy hides the server that actually hosts the content.
What to do
If you entered a password on this page, change it right away on the genuine service and on every other account that uses the same password, then turn on app-based two-factor authentication. Review recent logins, linked devices and any changes to your email or payout details.
