It resolved to 46.29.26.38, a server located in Finland on a network announced by M/S Robi Traders, a Bangladesh-registered operator. The site uses a free Let's Encrypt certificate, so the browser padlock only means the connection is encrypted and says nothing about whether the site is legitimate.
What to do
If you visited the site but entered nothing, close it and do not return. If you typed a password or signed in through any account on it, change that password everywhere you reuse it and end active sessions. Then turn on two-factor authentication and remove any third-party app access you granted around that time. Defenders should block the domain and its IP at DNS and proxy level and add it to mail and web filters. It is also worth watching for lookalike domains registered through the same channels.
