The page title reads "Index of /", a plain directory listing, while our classification is impersonation phishing based on the detected email-login branding.
How the scam works
Generic email phishing pages copy the look of a standard webmail login and do not commit to one provider. That lets a single page catch users of almost any mail service. Victims usually arrive from a message warning about a full inbox, a pending document or an expiring password. The page then asks them to retype their address and password. Those credentials go straight to the operator, who can read the mailbox, reset passwords on linked accounts, including exchanges and wallets tied to that email, and send further phishing from a trusted address.
Evidence
Eleven of 92 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain on 2026-10-09. The named vendors include Google Safe Browsing, Fortinet, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, alphaMountain.ai, CRDF, Gridinsoft, MalwareURL and SOCRadar. Google Safe Browsing classes it as social engineering, which is the category that triggers browser warnings. urlscan.io returned a malicious verdict and matched the page to its generic email brand profile. The domain also appears on the PhishDestroy and PhishFeed blocklists, and three AlienVault OTX pulses reference it.
Infrastructure
The domain was registered through GoDaddy.com, LLC on 2020-04-21, more than six years before it surfaced as phishing. An old registration like this often points to a dormant or compromised site being reused rather than a throwaway domain. It resolves to 192.163.197.193 on Unified Layer's shared hosting network in the US. Its Let's Encrypt certificate gives the padlock icon but says nothing about who runs the site.
What to do
If you entered an email password on this site, change it immediately from your provider's real website or app. Sign out all other sessions and turn on two-factor authentication.
