How the scam works

Infrastructure
The domain was registered on 2026-10-08 through Gname.com Pte. Ltd. It resolves to 104.21.52.238 on Cloudflare, Inc. network space, geolocated to CA. Cloudflare's proxy hides the actual origin server. The site uses a TLS certificate from Let's Encrypt (YE2), so the padlock in the browser says nothing about whether the site is legitimate.
What to do
If you visited rmbcoin.cc, do not enter any information and do not send funds. If you gave it a password, email or exchange login, change that password at once, turn on two-factor authentication and check the account for unfamiliar activity. If you shared a seed phrase or private key, treat that wallet as compromised and move any remaining assets to a new wallet created on a trusted device. Security teams should block the domain at DNS and web-proxy level, add it to mail and chat filters, and report it to the hosting provider and registrar so it can be taken down.
