rdrmf.com is an impersonation phishing site that posed as a legitimate service to win visitors' trust. Its listing on the MetaMask and SEAL blocklists points to crypto wallet holders as the intended victims. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-09-19. The site went offline on 2026-09-25, and on 2026-10-19 its DNS was no longer resolving.
How the scam works
Impersonation pages copy the look, wording and flow of a brand the victim already trusts. The goal is to get the visitor to do something they would never do on an unknown site. In crypto, that usually means typing a recovery phrase or private key into a fake "restore" or "verify" form, or connecting a wallet and signing a request that hands over control of tokens. Either way the loss is immediate. Funds sent or drained on-chain cannot be reversed, and a leaked seed phrase exposes every account derived from it.
Evidence
Six of 89 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain as of 2026-09-21: alphaMountain.ai, CRDF, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Gridinsoft, SOCRadar and VIPRE. That is a low share, so most scanners would have let it through. The listings by MetaMask and SEAL carry more weight for wallet users, because those lists feed warnings directly into wallets and security tooling. Three AlienVault OTX threat pulses also reference the domain.
Infrastructure
The domain was registered through Gname.com Pte. Ltd. on 2025-01-19, about twenty months before PhishDestroy caught it. Aged domains like this tend to slip past filters that distrust newly registered names. Traffic ran through Cloudflare, Inc. at an address geolocated to Canada, which hides the real origin server. The Let's Encrypt certificate gave the page a browser padlock, which proves encryption, not legitimacy.
What to do
If you entered a seed phrase or private key on rdrmf.com, treat that wallet as compromised. Create a new wallet on a trusted device and move any remaining assets there at once. If you connected a wallet and signed anything, review and revoke token approvals with a reputable approval checker, and watch for unexpected outgoing transactions. Future fake pages may reuse the same lure, so always reach wallet and exchange services through bookmarks rather than links. Defenders should block the domain at DNS and proxy level and search logs from around 2026-09-19 to 2026-09-25 for users who reached it.
