polished-breeze.com is an impersonation phishing page. It copies the look of a legitimate service so that visitors trust it with information they would only give the real one. PhishDestroy first flagged the domain on 2026-09-15. On 2026-10-19 the site was still online and serving live content, so it remains a current threat.
How the scam works
Impersonation phishing relies on resemblance. The page reproduces the branding, layout and prompts of a familiar service, then asks the visitor to sign in, verify an account or confirm details. Whatever is typed into those forms goes straight to the operators. Depending on the target, that can be account passwords, one-time codes or, on crypto-themed clones, a wallet recovery phrase. With those in hand, the attackers take over the account or empty the funds behind it.
Evidence
On 2026-09-29, 14 of 91 VirusTotal engines classified the domain as malicious. They included Kaspersky, ESET, BitDefender, Fortinet, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, alphaMountain.ai, CyRadar and Gridinsoft. That is a solid consensus among major vendors, though most engines had not yet caught up. The domain also appears in four AlienVault OTX threat pulses, which means other researchers have tracked it independently. Among the blocklists we monitor, only PhishDestroy currently lists it.
Infrastructure
The domain was registered through Dynadot Inc on 2025-12-08, roughly nine months before we detected it. Domains are often registered early and left unused so they look less suspicious when a campaign starts. The site sits behind Cloudflare's network on an address geolocated to Canada, and this proxy hides the real origin server. Its certificate comes from Google Trust Services, so the padlock in the browser says nothing about whether the site is legitimate.
What to do
If you entered a password on this site, change it on the genuine service right away. Change it anywhere else you reused it, then turn on or reset two-factor authentication and sign out any sessions you do not recognize. If you typed a wallet recovery phrase, treat that wallet as compromised and move your funds to a newly created wallet. If you shared payment or identity details, warn your bank and watch for follow-up scam contact. Defenders should block polished-breeze.com at DNS and web proxies and search logs for users who visited after 2026-09-15. Abuse reports to Cloudflare and Dynadot help push the takedown forward.
