PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-09-17, and the site was still up and serving live content when last checked on 2026-10-19.
How the scam works
Impersonation pages copy the look, wording and flow of a service the victim already uses, then insert a step that hands control to the operator. Depending on the lure, that step is a login form that captures credentials and one-time codes, a prompt to enter a recovery phrase, or a request to connect a wallet and sign a transaction. Whatever the victim types or approves goes straight to the attacker, who can then take over accounts or empty wallets.

By 2026-09-29, 16 of 91 VirusTotal engines had flagged the domain, including BitDefender, ESET, Fortinet, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, G-Data, alphaMountain.ai, CyRadar and the Vietnamese anti-scam group Chong Lua Dao. Its certificate comes from Google Trust Services (WE1), an automatically issued certificate, so the browser padlock only shows that the connection is encrypted and says nothing about who runs the site.
What to do
Do not log in, connect a wallet or enter any recovery phrase on novel-guardian.com. If you entered a password there, change it on the real service right away, end active sessions and reset two-factor authentication. If you connected a wallet or signed anything, revoke the approvals you granted and move your assets to a fresh wallet. If you typed in a seed phrase, treat that wallet as fully compromised. Security teams should block the domain and its IP at the DNS and proxy level, and search logs for any users who visited it since 2026-09-17.
