How the scam works

The hook is in the page title: "Casino Netflix: 1.500 € con el código WELCOME2026", a promised €1,500 welcome bonus unlocked with a promo code. Fraudulent casinos of this kind push visitors to register and make a deposit to claim the bonus. Winnings then appear on screen but cannot be withdrawn. Players typically meet shifting wagering rules, demands for further deposits or "verification" payments, or a frozen account. Victims lose the money they deposited and often hand over identity documents and card details along the way.

Evidence

On 2026-10-07, 15 of 92 VirusTotal engines flagged the domain, including alphaMountain.ai, BitDefender, CRDF, ESET, Emsisoft, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Fortinet and G-Data. That is broad agreement among unrelated vendors for a site only a day old in our feeds. urlscan.io rated it malicious and recognised Netflix branding on the page. Spamhaus lists it in its domain blocklist as phishing (DBL_PHISH), it appears in four AlienVault OTX threat pulses, and it is on the PhishDestroy blocklist.

Infrastructure

The site resolves to 158.94.209.28 on the Omegatech LTD network (OMEGATECH-AS), hosted in the Netherlands. A Spanish-targeted casino running from Dutch hosting under a brand it has no connection to fits the throwaway setup common to these schemes. Its Let's Encrypt certificate gives it a browser padlock. That only means traffic is encrypted, not that the operator is legitimate.

What to do

Do not register or deposit, and ignore the WELCOME2026 code wherever it is promoted. If you already paid, contact your bank or card issuer immediately to dispute the charges and block the card. Do not send any extra "fee" or "verification" payment to unlock a withdrawal. If you uploaded ID documents, watch for identity misuse, and change any password you reused on the site.
