mycomcastnet.weebly.com is an impersonation phishing page on a free Weebly subdomain whose name borrows the Comcast brand to look like an official customer portal. It targets Comcast subscribers who expect to sign in to their account or email. PhishDestroy first saw it on 2026-09-11. On 2026-10-19 the site still answered, but its root page served no content.
Pages like this are usually reached through emails or texts warning that a mailbox is full, a bill failed, or an account needs verifying. The link leads to a Weebly-built page dressed up as a Comcast sign-in or help page, which asks for the username, password and sometimes security answers or payment details. Whatever is typed goes to the operator. That gives them the victim's email, which they can use for password resets on other services, and sometimes their billing information. The page title is simply "Home", a generic site-builder default, while we classify the page as Comcast impersonation.
On 2026-09-20, 15 of 89 VirusTotal engines flagged the subdomain. The vendors included alphaMountain.ai, BitDefender, ESET, Emsisoft, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Fortinet, G-Data and Gridinsoft. That is a meaningful minority of independent security vendors, spread across several unrelated detection stacks. PhishDestroy lists it on our own blocklist.
The 2006-03-29 registration date and the Markmonitor Inc. registrar belong to Weebly's parent domain, not to this operator. All the scammer needed was a free account and a subdomain name. Hosting is on Weebly's own network in the US, and the Let's Encrypt certificate comes from the platform. The padlock in the browser therefore says nothing about who runs the page. Abusing a reputable builder this way lets a phishing page inherit trust and stay online cheaply.
If you entered your Comcast or Xfinity login here, change that password right away from the official app or by typing the address yourself. Change it on any other site where you reuse it. Turn on two-step verification, and check your mailbox for forwarding rules or recovery settings you did not create. If you gave card or billing details, call your bank to block the card. Defenders should block the subdomain, search mail logs for messages linking to it, and report it to Weebly's abuse team and to Comcast's phishing reporting channel.
