How the scam works
Fake mixer directories present a ranked list of tumblers. Some of those listings point to look-alike copies of real services or to operations that only pretend to mix. The visitor sends Bitcoin to a deposit address shown on the imitation, expecting clean coins back after a delay, and nothing ever returns. Mixer users are attractive targets because they rarely report losses and blockchain transfers cannot be reversed. What to do
