maashardaexpress.com is a phishing page that impersonates Immowelt, the German property listing portal, to reach people searching for flats or advertising rentals. PhishDestroy first flagged it on 2026-09-14. As of 2026-10-19 the site was still online and serving its content. The browser title reads "Maa Sharda Apps," which does not match the Immowelt branding we classified, but scanners identified Immowelt as the brand being imitated.
How the scam works
Phishing pages that copy Immowelt usually show a familiar-looking login screen or listing page. Visitors who sign in there hand their account credentials to the operators, who can then take over real Immowelt accounts, message other users, or post fraudulent listings. Similar schemes also push victims to pay a "reservation" or deposit for a property, or to upload ID documents and personal details for a fake rental application. Depending on what the page collects, victims can lose account access, money, or identity documents that can be reused for further fraud.
Evidence
urlscan.io rated the page malicious and recognised Immowelt branding on it, which supports the impersonation classification directly. On VirusTotal, 6 of 89 engines flagged the domain as of 2026-09-16: alphaMountain.ai, CRDF, Forcepoint ThreatSeeker, Gridinsoft, SOCRadar and VIPRE. That is a minority of vendors, so many security products may still let the page load. The domain also appears in 4 AlienVault OTX threat pulses, so other researchers have tracked it independently. Of the blocklists we checked, only PhishDestroy lists it.
Infrastructure
The domain was registered on 2021-11-11 through GoDaddy.com, LLC, almost five years before it surfaced as an Immowelt lure. An unrelated name with this much age is more likely a repurposed or compromised domain than one bought for the campaign. It resolves to 148.66.155.162 on GoDaddy's network in Singapore, far from the German audience the page targets. The free Let's Encrypt certificate gives the page a browser padlock, but the padlock says nothing about whether the site is legitimate.
What to do
If you entered Immowelt login details on this site, change your Immowelt password right away. Change it on any other service where you used the same password, and turn on two-factor authentication. Check your Immowelt account for listings or messages you did not create. If you paid money or sent ID documents, contact your bank immediately to try to stop or recover the payment, and report the incident to the police. Watch for identity misuse. Defenders should block maashardaexpress.com and its IP at DNS and proxy level, and warn users that real Immowelt logins only happen on Immowelt's own domain.
